No answer for over 14 days makes a complaint confirmed, and two confirmed ones in a quarter take the warehouse out of the top results.

How work starts

  2. 02The warehouse confirmsIt says whether it can take the goods and sends terms for them: sizes, storage mode, packing.
  3. 03DocumentsThe contract and the price annex are signed electronically, from your account. No paper to carry.
  4. 04DeliveryYou agree a date, the warehouse takes the goods and sends an intake report — with any discrepancies.

The contract, annexes and intake reports are signed electronically — via Diadoc or SBIS, whichever the warehouse uses.
