How this works. Uklad does not judge who is right: we saw neither the goods nor the packing. We see something else — whether the warehouse answered in public or kept quiet. No answer for over 14 days makes a complaint confirmed, and two confirmed ones in a quarter take the warehouse out of the top results.

How work starts

  1. 01RequestYou leave the volume, the type of goods and a date. No calls, no personal deals.
  2. 02The warehouse confirmsIt says whether it can take the goods and sends terms for them: sizes, storage mode, packing.
  3. 03DocumentsThe contract and the price annex are signed electronically, from your account. No paper to carry.
  4. 04DeliveryYou agree a date, the warehouse takes the goods and sends an intake report — with any discrepancies.

The contract, annexes and intake reports are signed electronically — via Diadoc or SBIS, whichever the warehouse uses.

These are the base rates warehouses are compared by. Fragile, oversized or climate-controlled goods are priced separately: terms for your goods arrive with the request confirmation, before any contract.

No minimum volume — one slot is enough to start. Payment is monthly in arrears, no deposit. The warehouse is 72% full.

The warehouse has not confirmed its rates or free slots since 6 May 2026: worth asking about the price in your request.
