Careful picking: two packaging returns in six months
How this works. Uklad does not judge who is right: we saw neither the goods nor the packing. We see something else — whether the warehouse answered in public or kept quiet. No answer for over 14 days makes a complaint confirmed, and two confirmed ones in a quarter take the warehouse out of the top results.

These are the base rates warehouses are compared by. Fragile, oversized or climate-controlled goods are priced separately: terms for your goods arrive with the request confirmation, before any contract.

Free slots and rates come from the warehouse's own system: it runs on Uklad, so the numbers here change with every intake.
